South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — voltage fluctuation from 99v to350v

Our tranformer is situated at-nizamuddinpur near birla gold cement godown, kako road jehanabad east. We have been suffering from voltage fluctuation from 2 months. We requested je east, lineman executive engineer for this problem. But they could not solve it. They said that this is your problem not mine. We can not run our electrical appliances fearlessly. Our submurcible moter, tv, fridge, fan have burnt from fluctuattion of voltage. Je of jehanabad east, executive engineer and lineman are careless about our problem.
Therefore i request you to solve the problem of voltage fluctuation soon.
