To whomever it may concern
This is regarding my electricity bill#. We have paid inr 6000 approx to get a new connection in the hard times of the lockdown. We were advised, the payment included meter and other charges. But now we see the meter/security charges still added in the bill. Is this what i expect from my service provider? I was advised to follow the instruction of pawan as instructed by the jee. And now when i tried to make him aware of what happened behind his back, he refused and questioned who is pawan? Contradicting this, pawan said that he jee knows him well, since he works in the same branch. I wonder if they are trying to hide what they have already done together.in the online complain it was advised to contact the jee, hence i tried to contact, and in return he disconnected my call after knowing the issue. Later again in a conversation (Later), he said why did i pay them money without a receipt. Really? You were the one who advised me to talk to pawan when i was trying to apply. Does that mean this is an alternate business you guys have. Is this guy (Pawan) listed/approved to work there, or he is just to fool people around and hide in case of complaints? I even tried to warn them with a complaint, it appeared like the guy was backed and it did not scare him. I really have a bad feeling about this and expect someone in authority to get this sorted. I regret to have chosen you guys as a service-provider. I wonder if this is still happening, it may lead to disasters sometimes.
