This is to bring to your kind notice that I Md Kalim Khan is a resident of khan colony, Ansar Nagar, Nawada-805110. I own a land near ERAQUE SCHOOL, which I got constructed recently in 2004, but my home is 20 years old. Due to non-occupancy in the house we didn’t had any electric connection nor do I have any local documental proof as I along with my family stays in Howrah, west Bengal. There were some people use to stay in my house as a tenant for the lookout of the place and maintenance.
As my son has ID proof of Jharkhand so he applied for electric connection in the 24th Dec 2014 and that application was accepted after scrutiny of my past record in electricity department. After that I went to electricity depart for enquiry of the application and its further proceedings in last week of Dec 2015.
Mr. Ajay ([protected]), a local representative came to my house and informed me that the holding has due amount of Rs 263677/ which need to be paid before new meter connection. A connection which I have never applied for. I asked Mr. Ajay to kindly give me the details who have applied for the meter so that I may scrutinize and investigate the matter but no response. I went to the electric office on date: 11th Feb 2016 where the officer on duty misbehaved and did not cooperated in the investigation of the application. Then I wanted to know about the details of the billing period and from when the amount is due and has been accumulated. That too was not given me completely and at the same time I was threatened that FIR has been lodged against the recovery of the amount.
Hence I have to pay the remaining amount in order to get things right first and then thought of fighting back. Now after clearance of LD, I am asked to apply for a new meter connection with application fee of Rs 800.
Also I would like to mention if the authority has disconnected my so called meter than who has signed for acceptance? Where is the notice send to me or the applicant?
Now I want to know few things from the SB electricity department in which local authority is not helping:
1. My application on which I have been using the consumer no.: 63III/NA20855 and account number NWT6630, I mean I need to find who has applied on my behalf.
2. My meter details from the amount is pending (I got that it after lot of turmoil but that is incomplete, as it is showing due accumulation of 13000 till 2011, which I need the details.
3. My sons/current application status, which has been rejected as informed verbally
Hope to get cooperation in this case. Please help in this regard as soon as possible.
