South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — wrong bill of huge amount

Dear sir
Wrong bill of 589495 is generated and despite requesting for correction a number of time now a bill of 16500 amount of manual corrective bill is prepared but unable to satisfy. He is also not giving electronically generated bill. Many time concerned je has misbehaved with my father who is of 85 years old has visited the office. So i humbly request you to take the necessary action as soon as possible keeping the age of my father.
