South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Wrong charge in bills

Address: 54 Balwapar, Po Chakwai, Ps Warisaliganj, DIST Nawada Bihar

Wrong amount included in my new connection Consumer I'd[protected].Name BIMLA DEVI.
As per government rule no any extra other charges will should be recovered from consumer in new connnection. But in the very first bill an extra bill as like Rs 960.50 in the column of other charges has been included.
So kindly rectify and rezenerate the fresh bill for earlier payment.
