Sc no[protected]

I have incorrectly billed for the last 2 months. Giving all the details and my explanations with valid calculations.

July bill:
07/07/20 - 07/08/2020
Pv units: 47917
Ps units: 48112
Units: 468

Correct units calculation[protected] = 195): 195 units should have come in bill. But my bill shows 468 units that means i have been billed for 273 units extra.

As per calculations, the bill amount should be rs 800.20 for july.

August bill:
07/08/20 - 07/09/2020
Pv units: 48112
Ps units: 63
Units: 468

Change in meter at 48200 units on 25th august.

Again incorrect calculation o[censored]nits here[protected]= 88+63 units on new meter = 151 units) so my august bill should be for 151 units.

As per calculations, the bill amount should be rs 608.35 for august.

Total amount rs 800.20 + rs 608.35 = rs1408.55 (-) paid amount rs 3290 = refund of rs 1, 881.45.

Hence i have been incorrectly charged, and i have overpaid my july bill amount. Please correct my two months billing.

I have contacted customer care email and i had contacted aae/karkhana ph. No.[protected] for revision of bills. I had visited the office and met the incharge. They took my original bill of august and said there is a discrepancy and i have overpaid. When asked what should i do? I was answered that the bill will get corrected and i do not need to pay the bill for the current month.

I did not receive any complaint number nor a formal letter for the same which is disappointing. Just oral confirmation is what i received.

Hence requesting you here to please escalate this to the concerned department for correction. I do not want any power cut for non-payment of current month bill.

    Hello,

    I paid the electricity bill using paytm on 9th sept-2020. The payment happened twice.
    Please kindly refund back the amount deducted in second transation.
    Adding invoices for both transactions.

        Hi,
        I was staying in rajiv gandhi nagar, near nizampet in hyderabad. Due to corona pandemic i am staying in my hometown near vizianagaram.           Hi, i have an issue with our electricity bill. This month i got the bill for rs.5650/-. But my usual bill amount will be around 2000/-. I checked with the person who scanned the meter. He told me that our meter got stuck. So i need to pay rs. 5650 till they change the meter and he added that this amount cannot be adjusted later. My average unit usage is 250 per month. What to do now? I'm stuck.

            Hi all.
            As we all are working from home due to covid 19. I am an software engineer working in hi tech city. Since march 2020 due to covid 19 our office given permission to work from home. My office login hours is from 10am to 8pm. I am currently staying in marthanda nagar road, new hafeezpet (500084).
            Since day before yesterday continuously electricity cut is happening in our area. Yesterday the electricity was not there from 10am to 7pm. And the same is been repeated today too.
            Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible since without electricity unable to connect to wifi and laptop battery too unable to charge. Please consider the matter asap and please don't disconnect the electric as currently most of the person are working from home.

                Billing Dispute due to Meter not working

                Address: 11-11-366. Road # 5, Sowbhagyapuram, HYDERABAD-500035

                Reference to Our Sc No.[protected] & USC No.[protected], Bill No.9241 dated.06/09/2020, the said service meter is not working which exactly stopped working on[protected] at the reading of 9241. This bill was generated on 06/09/2020 without meter reading it was charged 320 units for 29 days. Look at the enclosed my last 8 months average billing which is about 156 Units maximum. Otherwise my last month usage is about 180 Units. Now this charges...

                    Hereby i would like to inform the tsspdcl department officials were not responding to the problem of the consumer and just behaving like leaving to our own faith.
                    Coming to the point a new electric pole was allocated infront of my house and established (Complete amount paid) before a couple of months ago. Tsspdcl department were not providing the connection to our pole and facing alot problems in this rainy season by our colony members.

                            Voltage fluctuation specifically post 7 pm at my house. Submitted multiple complaints but no resolution. One ac (Pcb) blown, one ac stabiliser saves it, fridge (Compressor had to be replaced due to voltage issue damage)

                              I am resident of kodandaram nagar, saroornagar, Rangareddy district, this complaint is against TSPDCL, as we are facing regular n frequent power cuts 10-15 times in a day, facing power cut during night time because this our good sleep is disturbed and leading to disturbance in regular life, look into and take necessary action for regular power supply

                                I have submitted a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 06/12/2019 registration number is CC[protected]. After the Payment and submitting the form physically at current office, I received confirmation sms to my mobile and they stated that issue will be resolved within 10 days. On 19/12/2019 the status was changed to complaint rectified in csc (Pending at ero). I thought that maybe within 2 -4 working days the status might be changed

                                However still category not changed and i received this month bill under non domestic. Its more than 1 year the complaint is still going on and i am paying heavy bill as the category is not changed.

                                Request you to resolve this ASAP.

                                  In the month of Jun we got a bill for 9000, dept requested to pay this and log a complaint for check meter, the meter was detected as faulty and replaced after paying the amount. They said the amount of 9000 will be adjusted in the coming months. this did not happen and again we got a bill for 7104. In spite of visiting the electricity office several times no proper response to this.

                                      As due to lock down from, there was no meter reading taking for 3 months then one day their person came and told us to pay bill which was 3500/- else we will cut the electricity, then i asked where is the bill? They told us you pay now what every 3 months reading will be there we will deduct it from the paid amount, even though i paid the amount half, i got additional bills which we are not using! This is not only me every person in telengana is getting the huge and manipulated bills which the state govt is responsible! I request you to stop putting over manipulated electric bills to public!
                                      You can manipulate the rich people., we are depended on salaries, since the state govt was not giving full salaries to its employees it's difficult to pay the bills
