Iam resident at narayanguda, hyderabad, ts... 500029... Today it was heavy rain from 5pm to 6pm 27, june so iam in hostel at that time power gone and waiting for the power... So in hyderabad it took more than 2.5hours to come power back... Iam here to ask you that is it a urban area? Or rural area? If it is a rural area it doesn't matter at all, iam here to live in city for avoiding those problems mother# and you are u just repeating in this city also. Then why this city and # service not able to call a nearest substation to ask what happening imagine that you are waiting for power in city that to from 2.5 hours # 150mins to come and now it's raining still 12am, 28 june now also power what i have to do now tell me mother #? My best suggestion is to provide a stay in cm house to stay this powercut day and shift cm to stay at my hostel this powercut night only... Hoping to prevent this problems in city... How to live this night without having power., fan..? Mosquitos # hardly...

    I have received a whooping amount of Rs 17, 000 electric bill for the month May-June 2020 which isn't possible. I have never received this amount of bill prior.
    The consumer no. are 10003338 and[protected]. As I am using two separeate meters in my rented house. We are 4 people living in our house currently.
    Please perform a recheck on the reading of the meters and kindly update the bill amount as soon as possible

      TSSPDCL issued a bill in the lockdown period of 90 days in a single bill.
      Because of the slab system they shall divide the usage units divided by number of months.
      TSSPDCL cheated us with wrong calculation .
      They have issued a single bill for entire period.

        Sir/madam
        As per government issued advisory during lock down due to corona i have paid the electricity bill for the month of (March-april) & (April-may) based on the bills of 2019 for the same respective period. However in the month of june-2020 i have received a bill of rs 3115/- based on the meter reading of the past 3 months and slab has been applied according resulting in high charges for me.
        Even in the month may to june 20 days we are out of station and house was locked. I would request you to apply the correct slab based on reading of last 1 month only and rectify the charges to be paid by me.

          I am khaleel pathan from ramanthapur as there is a mistake in electricity bill in this regard i have visited twice ramanthapur current office but no answer from their end

          Meter was replaced with new meter in may'20 without intimation and before replaced with new meter they have written by marker pen on the existing meter board as 2, 62, 548 units

          Meter replaced: 2, 62, 548 units (Mentioned on meter board with marker before change)
          Present reading: 276 units (07/06/2020)

          Two days back one person came to my house location and he got surprised after seeing reading on the meter board 2, 62, 548 units & agreed that there is a manual mistake from their end and immidiately
          He was strike off last digit of 2, 62, 548 (I. E, 26254 and strike off on 8) without intimation.

          I have dropped mail for exact consumed units during 06/03/2020 - 07/06/2020 to pay electricity bill

          2. Customer charges i have paid already for mar'20 & apr'20 months but around 240rs charged in may'20 month bill which was generated on 07/06/2020

          3. Electricity duty charges i have paid already for mar'20 & apr'20 months but around 80.7rs charged in may'20 month bill which was generated on 07/06/2020

          Till now i have waited for their response/correction & i didn't paid electricity bill for month may'20 as due date 20/06/2020 also crossed but no reply & no clarification to my complaint, to my email from their end

          Here my worry is again they will charge money for late payment, units slabs will vary in next coming month electricity bill.

          Kindly provide suggestion/solution to me or provide next higher level / top authority details so that i can approach them & get it resolved

However in the month of june i have recieved a bill of rs 5073/- based on the meter reading of the past 3 months and slab has been applied according resulting in high charges for me.                         I have submited a request to change category with tsspdcl through online (Cc[protected] on 19th apr 2020 registration number is cc[protected]. I received confirmation sms to my mobile and they stated that isuue will be resolved within 10 days. On 28th apr 2020 the status was changed to complaint rectified in csc (Pending at ero). I thought that maybe within 2 -4 working days the status might be changed.
                        Jun, 2020 i received a bill of 1255 rupees for the consumption of only 167 units. Who will be responsible for all these issues. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                inflated power bill for three months

                                The electricity bill in highly inflated. They have applied slab rate on three months consumption where as slab should be decided by average monthly consumption. We have paid bills based on last year's consumption as directed by government. It is a malpractice and robbing electricity consumers in daylight. Government should act and get these bills corrected....

                                  I have paid rs.4406 (My june electricity bill) against ghmc electricity bill unique service no.[protected]Ero-gachibowli, hyderabad), on 16th jun'20 midnight/ 17th jun'20 through bill desk payment mode from my vijaya bank (Bob) online facility. Amount got deducted from my bank. I got the message on screen as well with a message that... 'payment is made successfully vide reference no.31904142', but before generating the receipt the bill desk website showed an error message and got stuck. Vijaya bank is showing transaction remarks as "bwy/xfer/[protected]" with a date stamp of 17/06/2020 and the debited amount as inr 4408.77 (With bill desk txn. Charges). I request the concerned authorities to look into it and give proper effect in my power dues account and issue me a receipt accordingly. My greater hyderabad municipal corporation (Ghmc) hyderabad related tsspdcl unique service no. Is[protected] in the name of y. R. Rao, miyapur, hyderabad (Telangana).

                                    We have multiple commercial meters in our complex and due to lock down all offices shops were closed and opened in june and few after 20th may. To our surprise we received bill of 2 months mar-apr on 8th may for certain amount of rs.19734/- and on 5th june for next 27 days for 26591/-we have multiple sub meters for each meter as we distribute that to our different premises. The reading of that and this there is heavy difference of more than double. We have raised multiple complaint to tsspdcl. But surely somehow they have done something mischief. One expert was telling they will supply high current and this will jump the reading many folds. Surely there is something fishy.
