I have called several times a week for 3 months to state i am not getting the product i am paying for. My complaints have been no picture, off and on pixilating during shows, signing off to get audio to match show, service going down during the middle of shows. I have been told it is a server problem and they are in the process of correcting these issues in my area.. I am not the only person in my neighborhood that has this problem. I have been told that i need to reboot each time i call to update services, this is something that i have to do almost every night even if i don't call. I feel this company should not offer a service that does not work properly and i feel it should not be up to me to miss out on a show so "i" can do there jobs for them.
