Spectrum — unauthorized purchases

I was charged for nhl center ice on december 20, 2018 according to my bill from spectrum for $34.99. I disputed the purchase, since that same day, i was boarding a flight to norway and did not return to the us until january 3, 2019. I received a service ticket to look into the charge, but apparently the number on file, in my account (My cell phone) they couldn't reach me to verify the charges. So this month, february there is another $105.00 charge for nhl center ice. I was on hold and transferred 5 times, within the 2 hour time period to people who could not help. I was so fed up after 1h54m, i had to hang up. So i forwarded my complaint to the nys attorney generals office. Maybe they will put them on hold and transfer them around for 2 hours. I am not going to pay for something i did not order, and my passport proves that i was not in the country to enter the "pin" number required to order it from my tv!
