I am retired Senior Citizen and was not allowed to move out due to Covid19 but I was in need of sports shoes for my morning walk so I ordered on lotto shoes on paytm mall as per order mentioned above.Thetefote I ordered one Lotto men Ventura running shoes White of 9 size vide order No [protected]which was supplied by Ssipl Meerut and delivered to me on 16/09/20 by your paytm mall courier partner.When I opened the box I was surprised to see that it was Kids lotto yellow colour shoes of 2 size.I lodged my complaint with SSip life style and paytm mall for exchange but not return of my shoes but received reply that these cannot be return Sir, I never ask for return but I am requesting for exchange of my shoes as ordered me I request to look into the matter and get my Shoes replaced but not returned as per my order.In case no action is taken than I shall be compelled to file police complaint and in consumer court for cheating and fraud.Image is shoes supplied is as per attachment
