I had purchased a shoe from ssipl lifestyle pvt. Ltd., rohtak. It was purchsed on 3.1.2016 for rs 1599/-. During the warranty it has some defect. When i contacted the shopkeeper he took the product back and said it will be replaced once stocks are available. He gave me a deadline till feb 2016.
But during jat agitation in rohtak the above mentioned shop was set on fire and there is no such shop in rohtak anymore. I have enclosed the cash memo of purchase along with this mail. Please provide me necessary information regarding replacement of this product.
