ST cargo — Items broked during shipping through ST cargo

Hi,
We have taken ST cargo service to transport our household items from Malaysia (Johor) to India ( City: Baramati, State: Maharashtra)

On receipt of materials, some items were found broken inside the carton boxes. In addition it was also observed that items which were told by Johor ( Malaysia) agent that will be packed in bubble wrapped with fragile labels were not done. Photos of the broken items were shared with Johor office (Mr. Jinna) however no response from him after several follow ups. Even he is not picking up phone calls.
