We have taken ST cargo service to transport our household items from Malaysia (Johor) to India ( City: Baramati, State: Maharashtra)

On receipt of materials, some items were found broken inside the carton boxes. In addition it was also observed that items which were told by Johor ( Malaysia) agent that will be packed in bubble wrapped with fragile labels...

Hi, I booked parcels from Saudi Arabia to India by Air on 07 nev 2020 and till now i didnt receive my parcels. Whenever i call for an update i was promised that my parcels will be delivered within a week (even after three months i didnt get it).....

I receive 2 box.. full box damaged.. important items are missing... please resend my items...

I did not put the thermocol in a box. But they split it up and sent the goods away without properly closing the box for weight.

Please severaly action for this cargo company...

Respected sir i have send my consignment number l[protected] cargo from hail to india. On octber 30 2020 but up to now while checking my consigment it is still showing me it is in transit it has been now 5 months while i didnot receive my cargo...

we are sent our cargo from st cargo on 16/10/2020 they said for 40 days to receive but now almost three months no response from the company even if we call them they are not responding us, please take an appropriate action

My dad has sent us the cargo through ST Cargo on the first week of July-2012. They assured that the cargo will reach us in the third week of July 2012 but we did not get the cargo till now. Whenever we call them , they are just telling like the cargo is pending clearance. But dad's other friends who also send the cargo along with my dad got the cargo.
