Hello,

Myself Gokul Raj and I'm a software engineer in a corporate company and looking to open a salary saving account in standard chartered Bank but it's showing me that standard chartered is currently not accepting new applications. I work for Top MNC Corporate company and I prefer standard chartered than any other bank.

I request Standard chartered to open my savings account at the earliest.

      Statement related

      I have been using standard chartered Bank credit card from 6months .
      But I don't receive any statement on my registered email & not any sms .
      I complein it to customer care but no output received. Egertime they don't send statment and charging me unusual interest. As per RBI Credit card bills need to verify before paying any amount how I can pay my bills without statment...

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      I have applied the Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd IPO on 27th July through Groww App and payment was made by Google pay.

      Due to the rejection, the mandate got revoked on 4th aug and the same has been expired on 14th aug as well.

      But, I did not received the blocked amount from my SCB a/c, so far..

      So, Could you please check & unblock my refund amount.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am a salary account holder in SCB, bearing account number [protected]. Today (10/09/2021) at 8:18pm, I was trying to withdraw money of Rs. 2000/- from CSB bank ATM at (Porur), having Terminal Id: CSBD052001. No cash came out from the machine and got the receipt as "UNABLE TO PROCESS_ CHIP FAILURE". So, again I have tried and withdraw the money of Rs.2000.

          but, I have received the 2 transaction messages from SCB as withdrawn Rs. 4000/-. (Rs. 2000 + Rs.2000)

          The amount was deducted for the failed transaction also. so, could you please check and credit back the amount of Rs.2000/- to my bank account.

          Note: I have attached the screenshot of the failed transaction for your reference.

            I had faced a very bad experience and service with Standard Chartered Bank.

            I placed a complaint about UPI fraud on 11th April 2021 via customer care. After few days, When I called the bank and asked about the status, they told me we haven't registered your complaint. (Pathetic)
            Again I told him to file the complaint and take some action ASAP. but this bank didn't take any action. According to RBI, the bank has to close the case in 45 days.
            but this bank starts the investigation after 65 days i.e. 16th June. (Note the date- 11th April to 16th June) and asked me to mailed the FIR copy. I did.
            After 2 days, They deposited the same amount on my account, Which is called the Blocked amount, Initially, I didn't know about this. So I thought, I got the money. But after few days when I tried to use this money. I was not able to do the transaction. I called the bank, Again he told me we are investigating.
            July has gone - No call from the bank
            August (Multiple times): When I called him and asked the status, they told me we are investigating.
            September: Again I followed up, After 5-6 calls in September, They mailed me we are done and you are liable for this.
            No one call me and informed the same. Now, What is this? If this is not on your Investigation part then why did you make me wait for more than 5 months?
            If I am saying that this transaction is fraud and filing a complaint within 30 min after the transaction, why you didn't take any action?
            Why did you fail to complete the investigation in 45 days?

              One of the transactio.ln get failed on 3rd sep and the amount of 340 debited twice while doing you from Paytm. On Paytm it is clearly shown that the transaction has been failed.

                I had existing relationship with SCB for more then 5 years. When i tried to close the personal Loan. Initially they took 2 days to raise the request. After 2 days they give a call and stating 15 working days will take send the closer allotment letter.

                Even though I I informed I have Emi due in between. They said please maintain the balance in your account. Not accepting the DD which currently available with me.

                The response from bank also very poor. Cutting the call I asked who's responsible if my account does not have funds.

                Playing with customer relationship. Due to this type of responce form SCB. I lost trustworthy with SCB.

                Is this pre closer of personal loan really took this much time in all the banks.

                  I received a call on 21st August 2021 from the Bank executive regarding the update on the 1st Complaint raised against my card status shown written off Bank had resolved the issue and emailed "Our records indicate that your card ending 4809 and 9427 has been permanently invalidated with effect from 10th July 2019. On date there is no outstanding due payable at your end towards your card." With this The executive also informed me that I had paid an access amount to my credit card of Rs.14907 which they will refund to me by NEFT so I just need fo email a CANCELLED Cheque via email which was sent by me on 24th August 2012 today I received an msg and email that the request cannot be processed why.

                    Standard Chartered Bank has not served me monthly bills for a about 10 months and is harassing me tto pay amounts for their lapses by levying late fees, interest payments, GST, ...

                    Their demands for amounts by emails viz-a-viz their SMSs as well as thier Recorded messages are incongrunet.

                      I am pay all my outstanding amount & request many time to closed my above said Credit Card. I am not using this card through mail.

                      I also submit a return request at your M3M Tree Tower Branch, Gurgaon on dated 30.07.2021.

                      Till now we are not received any response from your side.

                        I have taken a credit card from them which was joint with landmark group which was totally free of cost. Latest on these guys convert it to Digi - smart card which was totally un-informed.

                        I have raised request for cancelling the card and they said it will be cancelled but till now they are charging me monthly without any reason.

                              I am unable to activate SC bank Debit card from the SC Bank Website . I see a random error when i try to do that . I reached out to the customer care and did not get a reply for a week !! Such a crappy experience

                              I am literally stuck abroad with a card that doesnt work .

                                  My previous company open Standard chartered back account for me and that time they told it's 0 balance account. after some time I left my company. I'm not using my standard chartered bank account & Debit card from last 1.5 years. still account goes in negative amount.
                                  Now I need to close my account. & I'm not able to do that.

                                  Please help me if anyone have any idea about how can i close my account without paying any...

                                  My name is Mallika Swaminathan. Annapurni Swaminathan my mother is 91 yrs old. My account is AXCESS plus. The fds are not visible. No interest is given on it.there is no confirmation and no deposit number has been given. The bank admits that there is FD. The FD has been created
                                  In 2012, 2013. By me. FD details are not confirmed nor interest have been given.i am 68 yrs old.
                                  Annapurni Swaminathan acc is 2 in 1 falsely projected as Esaver.
                                  The FD is not visible. Both are individual accounts under different pan cards but are maintained under one online account and FD details are not being shared with me despite several requests since 2019. October 2012 estatements are not given despite repeated requests. Since my mother is old I am a cosignee in her account because her signature is illegible. But the account is in her pan card number.
                                  Kindly help.
