I had entered in to an agreement for home care services for my 79 year old father whose leg was amputed and needed home care for about 1 month. I have already deposited rs. 22, 000/-.
Standard group of enterprises with whom i have signed the agreement cheated me by sending home care nurses who were totally unfit for the job.
1st nurse had to be replaced within 2 days as she was illiterate. 2nd lady who was sent home was not medically fit and started fighting with my 79 year old father and 70 year old mother creating a lot of mental trauma and agony Was this information helpful? |
