Dear sir,
I had entered in to an agreement for home care services for my 79 year old father whose leg was amputed and needed home care for about 1 month. I have already deposited rs. 22, 000/- into your account which was duly acknowledged on 1st november, 2018.
Standard group of enterprises with whom i have signed the agreement has cheated me by sending home care nurses who were totally unfit for the job. None of your supervisors came to atleast check the requirement at home and what type of nurse was required. You just were not bothered once you got the money of 22, 000/=.
1st nurse had to be replaced within 2 days as she was illiterate. 2nd lady who was sent home was not medically fit and started fighting with my 79 year old father and 70 year old mother creating a lot of mental trauma and agony.
After writing numerous emails, i was informed that money would be refunded on 8th december as per below mail received from mr. Ummer farooq, chairman standard group.
Now, mr. Farooq is not taking my calls nor responding to my emails. You are requested to kindly cancel the registration of standard group of enterprises as the said company is indulging in cheating by not giving proper service and further not paying the refund also. Was this information helpful? |
