I left the hostel on 11th of july 2022 they told me that security deposit will be refunded within 15-20 days.But it's been almost 2 months since i left the property they didn't refunded my money(Rs.10000) back also nobody is picking up my calls and replying to my messages.If someone picks up my call then they only say one thing that they have sent the email to upper team.Everytime they say same thing.They are not refunding my security deposit money.Please help me to get my money back Was this information helpful? | 
Initially I thought it's only to me but after reading the complaints and social media comments I came to know that they're doing this to a lot of customers. some complaints are marked as resolved even without refunding. So Can we take legal action?. I'll take full responsibility, I just need support and information.
