My pre booking money of 6000 is not being refunded by Stanza living even though I have written a lot of emails to their operations team, their employees are always procrastinating and always say that they are talking to the senior team, they are a total scam, IF ANYONE READING THIS HAS BEEN BEEN SCAMMED THEN PING ME ON [protected], LETS FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM.

I am also facing the same issue. They simply say refund is not part of their policy. I have not on-boarded because the accommodation amenities are not as expected.

No proper customer support and am not sure not even they consider residents as customers.
