Stanza Living — Onboarding process

This review is an eye opener. Please read it full.

Horendous experience I had with this PG. Spare some time to read and understand my story. I came to Bangalore and looked out for PG in Marathalli area. I came and visited the place and told that tomorrow evening I will be coming with luggage. When I checkout from hotel, I call them in prior that I am coming so clean up the room. They said please come. When I reached the room, girl name Ranjita 72040066xx said that who I am and why I came up directly with luggage. I told that Jay asked me to come, so she said who is Jay, I don't know him. After around 45 minutes over the phone call from her to supervisor and Jay and someone's else, I found that if I will waste more time then I will have to stay on road. So I took my luggage and went in search for PG. When I reached Munnekolala which is like 500m away from this place, supervisor asked me to come. With all the luggage I came back thinking that I will get a room. But again this girl said that she was not informed about my visit. I called Saddam and told him then they let me stayed there for night without food and Wi-Fi, which I managed for a day. Next morning there breakfast didn't reached till 8 am which is like going for office timings. I left without breakfast. Now in the evening after work, when I called again to Saddam that my onboarding needs to be done today at any cost, he said sure and you will receive wifi password at 6.30 pm. I was assured so I started from my office to pg. When I reached it was 8.15 and I asked Ranjita that a wifi password has been generated and onboarding would have been done for me, please check then she said that no sir, nothing is done and she has not been informed for the same. I had a meeting at 8.45 which I took over çall and told about my uncertain circumstances. My manager understood and asked to settle somewhere else and so I left immediately without any delay. Now I am in a PG where I didn't really wanted to stay but staying as I was on road.

Thank you Stanza for your great and wonderful services. We will truly appreciate your help in putting someone new on road. Since I have been to Bangalore before so I can manage, but what will happen if someone is coming for first time in Bangalore.
