On 23th jan we arrived at the pg (Stanza living). On jan 12th we booked a room which was 102. On 23th jan we arrived and we said to that pg staff to show the room but what we booked a room that was not available. And they said to stay with another room with pg staff and Reva University student...
As we arrived to the pg we was waiting for the past 2 to 3 hours. And there was no proper response. As that pg staff is not responding properly and he is going out and sitting somewhere. He said that you stay on another room but I told that what room I booked I want it. The pg staff didn't say anything about that and he went outside...
As on 102 room another student are staying. Then what is reason of paying advance amount...
They didn't give proper response and we left from that pg and came back to my place. Due to this return we had lost ₹15000 which you have to pay for me...
Note: kindly refund amount of ₹10000
Please refund the amount...
As they not giving proper response and saying that write a email. Nearly I wrote 5 emails but no proper response. Please take any action and give back my refund amount as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? |
