I was promised by the sales agent that I would get my 10000 refund back an was told to wait but he kept on changing the date and onw day spoke very rude and blackmailed me that if I go to management they will not care and only he has the power to give the refund. When I sent a letter to CEO after weeks of false promises given by the agent, one from the operation team contacted me and after 2 weeks he also did not give proper response and gave completely false information and denied to take further action.
