I was a resident at one Syzran House property for 8 months, and I had
initially paid a deposit of Rs 6000 upon booking my room.
Subsequently, I opted for the retention facility by making an
additional payment of Rs 6000 to secure my booking for an extended
period.
Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances and a decline in the
overall quality of services, I had to cancel my booking and move to a
different accommodation. At the time of my first booking, I was
assured that my deposit would be refunded to me upon termination of my
tenancy.
I kindly request that you process the refund of my deposit, totaling
Rs 6000, as per our initial agreement. I believe this is a reasonable
request given the terms and conditions we agreed upon during the
booking process.
