Stanza Living — Security deposit refund - Fraud

I had been stayed in JNTU stanza living for ~ 6 months. I did vacate the PG on first week of Jun 2023. I didnt get my refund till today. They are not responding to any mails. If i raise the ticket, they are closed the ticket themselves after few days without responding to the issue. There is customer care number and any other contact.
