I sent my token amount of ₹6000 to block a bed in a triple sharing room in the property Conway House(Chennai). But due to an emergency, I couldn't move to their property. I want my token amount to be refunded, since it's clearly mentioned on their website that the token amount is entirely refundable. Now that I have been asking them for my refund, they aren't properly responding to me. I have called the property manager, the sales guy and the support team. I have sent multiple emails to the support team. I still have not gotten a proper response. From what I have seen on here, so many people are going through the same issue with Stanza Living. I don't understand what kind of robbery this is. Please help me get my refund back.
