I am writing to formally request a refund for my booking at your property in Stanza Living Bochum House Bengaluru, India. Below are the details of my booking and the issues I encountered:

* Booking Amount Paid: ₹6000

Upon my arrival at the property on 24 September 2024 at 11:55 AM, I faced several issues that made it impossible for me to stay:
1. Delayed Check-in: The property manager did not have the keys, and I had to wait for 1.5 hours.
2. Unsuitable Temporary Room: The temporary room offered was small, lacked ventilation, and had a foul smell.
3. Misrepresentation: The room provided was not as shown in the video shared by the sales representative.
4. Unclean Alternative Room: The alternative room shown was dirty and not worth the ₹18, 000 monthly rent.
5. False Promises: Despite assurances that the room would be cleaned within an hour, no cleaning was done even after waiting until 4 PM.
Due to these issues, I decided not to stay at the property. I request an immediate refund of the ₹6000 paid, as I did not proceed with the onboarding process and the property did not meet the promised standards.
Please process my refund at the earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.
