So far, so good. StarCab Services is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. I hired a Star Cab (MP09 TA 750) from Airport for 2 hours package on 11th July 2015. I stopped at 56 shops to purchase dome items and asked driver (Pankaj) to take care of my Luggage.
After 30 mins, the driver called me and told that the bag is stolen from tha cab. I have lodged a FIR but when I a calling their customer care, no one is picking the phone. There is no action from Star Cabs

I hired a star cab from Indore airport to home the person at the air port said to pay the metered fare but the driver after reaching home said that pay rs. 200/- flat fare. I did not like that but I paid.
