Star-Clicks.com — not any payment

I am gold member.. At starting i payed 19.95$ and after one month i payed 29.95$.. Totally i payed this company 40$ lump-sum but. Present time i earned 60$ dollar in star-clicks.com account. I requested them to transfer this amount to my paypal account even i have submitted my documents for payment related but there is no answer, they are not replying, i think my money is gone..
