Rate of interest more than promised

Sbbj - home loan complaint

It has been again proven factually that SBBJ authority is not following ethical practice and is involved in doing malpractice. They have not yet replied to my letter dated 6th March 2017 (more than 75days over) and SBBJ is trying to close the case unilaterally which is bad in law. Kindly instruct SBBJ to give point wise reply with documentary evidence to my letter dated 6th March 2017...

ATM failed withdrawal, amount debited from account

My friend from France (Amélie Glab) tried to withdraw Rs. 3, 000/- from an SBBJ ATM in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan on the evening of 12th April '17. The cash did not come out from the machine, but the amount got debited none the less.
The machine did not have a receipt option (out of paper), and the atm did not have it's ID mentioned on the machine, not on the walls (as you can see from the pictures). This is why we do not have that information...
