To give my deducted amount due to failed transaction

I done egras transaction by sbbj Bali to excise Raj but payment is deduct in my account but not reached at merchant. When I enquire to egras Raj then he asked to me that transaction is failed and not verified by merchant. But deducted amount is not returned in my account .
So please my deducted amount returned to me I cancelled that transaction. I paid to merchant in other ways.

I'm complaining about not received cash 9000 rs from ATM at Chunawadh but debited from my account on 16 Feb 2017.

Misbehave by employer

I demanded saving account form from employee sataynarayan branch Himmtsar, nokha district, bikaner jila but employer refuses to give a form and also misbehaving with me. so please help us.
