State Bank of India — Always close complaint without resolving

I have a savings account in sbi last year I had updated my new number in account so I was facing problem from that time because online transaction OTP's were still being sent on my old number and I never get credit message on my number, so I approached a number of times to customer care as well as registered complaint but I has been approx 8-9 months and still my problem is not solved just because the complaint is being registered and even closed without giving solutions. One more thing one person will call from sbi will ask the problem and just cut the phone them after a message will come that problem is solved, this is the complete service of sbi and yes I am very unhappy, thinking of withdrawal of my account
