State Bank of India — gst paid thru sbi portal error awaiting bank confirmation

Address: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380015

Cpin-[protected], dtd:22/aug/2017, brn-ik00gzqok8. The transaction shows "success" in sbi-portal but gst portal shows "awaiting bank confirmation". Because of this error, i had to pay 2 times & it is horrible about credibility of sbi.

How can anybody trust when our whole country is drive for e-payment while sbi is not geared for the same.

What i am suppose to do to clear this challan?
