State Bank of India — money not received but deduct the balance during withdrawal from atm

As stated in the above subject during the withdrawal of money, the money not received but deduct the balance during withdrawal from atm. I have given the complaint to customer care unit for 3 times but the response is not proper. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
