State Bank of India — Not-receiving amount from lien-amount.

Sir,
Rs.29970/-is blocked in Lien-Amount against Music Broadband IPO. I had applied for 45 shares of the said issue vide appliacation no.12838291 where as double amount is blocked till date and also the data of same application was not send to the cocerned authority i.e. "Karvy".Thus my application was not considered as the time of allotment.
Moreover this amount of Rs.29970/--has not been released till date. My bank detail is under.
