I ordered shoes in Amazon. I received the shoes and paid Rs.400 through G.pay ( which is linked with my SBI account ) on 3rd Oct. I returned the shoes on October 8. Amazon says that they have initiated my refund on Oct-9 and also informed that within 3 – 5 business days the amount will be credited in my account. They also informed me that I may contact the bank if I have not received my refund after October 14. On enquiry they provided me the information that my refund amount for Rs.400 has been processed successfully on Oct-9 and the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But so far Rs. 400 is not credited in my account. When I visited the SBI, Gandigramam branch, Karur DT, Tamilnadu-639004 on 28th oct, they said that they can’t do anything with the transaction reference number. Please take necessary action and make arrangements to get Rs.400 credited in my account.
