State Bank of India — regarding atm transaction

Dear team,

As on 21.08.2017 i made a transaction in hdfc atm : p3enab03 at ambur around 5:20 am after entering the details of my account i entered for a withdraw of rs 8000 but suddenly the total atm system got shut off and the money didnt get out from the machine but got deducted from my account the transaction no is:[protected] no refund please look into this issue and do needfull..
I visited the branch at m. S. Kuppam the manager insisted to call me on [protected] i was trying to contact customer care but coudnt reach them as this line always says busy.

Informed though mobile sms that my ATM has blocked on 20-Aug-17 at 03:32
Ticket no. L[protected].
So it's most problem to transaction and I want to reactive my ATM quick.
