Dear sir I am bhagaban pramanik having account no [protected] in balasore branch and my father banshidhar pramanik having account no [protected] in amarda road branch having registered mobile no--[protected] in both account and my another contact no is [protected], I have been using and handle both account net banking for my personal use, MY PROBLEM On dated 1 dec 2015 i have done a IMPS of amount 1000 to following account from my account-[protected] and IMPS reference no[protected] time--2.43pm - Account Holder Name : Mamata Bank Name : hdfc bank Account No: [protected] IFSC Code : HDFC0003597 and also send 4000 to same above account on dt-1/12/2015 from my father account.[protected] imps reference no is[protected] time-2.39pm After doing that reply from other site no account credit so i have register a complain Complain no--PT[protected] on date 1/12/2015 after that i have got a reply message that it is a failed transaction and money refunded to your account no but no credit to my account yet and no satisfaction answer to me. another complain for why not credit yet in my accounts Complain no IS-PT[protected] PT[protected]
