State Bank Of India [SBI] — a fake call (called as sbi)

I got a call from sbi, on 30th june, 2017, she informed me about some benefit point. She asked details of my card (She was already having my card number) and then she transferred the call, another executive asked me cvv number when i refused then, they said is for security reason, he asked me a code which i received in sms, and then again my call got was transferred to another person and this executive said "welcome to shopping.com you purchased some benefits". When i said i didn't purchased anything, so he informed me payment rupees. 9999/- has been made on behalf of me.
And yet i didnt received any kind of courier.

As per govt. Of India after adding PMJSBY with Sbi bank account, no charges will be levies for minimum balance . I already have 1300 plus amount in my account.
Rs 69, twice and Rs 79 ate levies.

Sir I mou sarkar state that please my account no [protected] sbi karnajora is close due to kyc of aadhar based. I submitted to my docs last 40 days ago.but no acction taken by branch.so i am fetching so many problem. I go many time of branch but no result.

so kindly may take action accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a SBI Bank Account holder since 10 years. But now I have a query. Please remove my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) alert from my SBI AMBALA Cantt A/c No [protected]. Only SMS Alert is required in my mobile number[protected].A prompt action is expected and I shall be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness. Thanking in you.

DEAR Sir.
My mother have a joint account with my father who' expired..and have account in SBI Motinagar.hyderabad. now my mother as a nominee got change with single account..but CIF no.is change with old address of Maharashtra..could u please help to change CIF which is given as=[protected](BALLARPUR)M.S
Needed in branch code-5094 (HYDERABAD)

It took one month but I did not get my pass book even though I would get a passbook soon.

Without my knowledge operated three accounts from non home branch and handover three accounts statements to other person. How ?
Please furnish me details who, why and on which date done ?
Can i treat it as cyber crime.
