State Bank Of India [SBI] — A rs. 2000/- note with something written on it received from sbi atm.

A rs. 2000/- note with something written on it received from sbi atm, now bank refuse to accept the note. What should i do now to exchange the note. Because of government banned all new currency with written something on it. Now bank doesn't take any liability, though it comes from their atm. Rs. 2000/- is not a small amount. It is a huge loss for me now. Who can exchange my note now?
