State Bank Of India [SBI] — Aadhaar number not update

Dear sir/mam, i am ashwani sinha from lucknow, i have an saving acc in sbi transport nagar branch in lucknow. I was submited kyc form with adhar and pan card photocopy in the month of feb 2017 but today on 5/5/2017 when i check status of aadhar update to account it shows not linked yet. When i call on coustomer care he says tha provide aadhar and pan again to branch. I provide twice but no update provided. When i visit to branch they said they dont received any kyc.
