I tried twice to link Adhar to my account, message recieved ref no recieved but till date not linked, Then I wanted to book a complaint after filling the complaint form on site it can not be submitted then I called customer care some sunita replied and to my surprise she told me
1 I can not tell you the status of linking of Adhar to your account and why it is not linked can not tell
2 I can not book your complaint also
Then what for customer care is?
So one has to go again and again to branch?
This matter should come to notice to higher authorities and ministry that not visiting branch personally is being defeated by such services Was this information helpful? |
