State Bank Of India [SBI] — Account balance of inr 5, 000 kept on hold without any reason

I have a below message on 15.06.2017.

"hold for inr 5, 000.00 created in your ac xxxxx083991 on 15.06.2017."

Even after sending mail to "sbi.[protected]@sbi.com", no response from the banker. And also the contact number provided in the bank passbook does not exist at all. This is the worst operating branch i have ever seen.
