Dear Sir,
On 9th May 2017 my mother went to SBI ATM to withdraw amount. As she swap the card and entered pin no without entering the amount in the amount column then due to technical issue that transaction was aborted. But mini statement show that amount of Rs 22000 transaction successful which was the whole amount of account balance but she didn't get any amount.
After that we complaint to the customer care, they gives a complaint reference no "[protected]" and we also told whole scenario to the branch manager but manager said that there is successful transaction so bank cannot do any thing. So please advice what we should further do. Am'i get my money back or not?
