Hello sir/madam,
My sbi bank account has been freeze without any update or notifying me. I called customer care several times and they were just transferring to different departments with any information. I wasted hours to know why my account is been freeze/blocked.
I also sent email to customer care about this and all they did was sending me the back branch details which are of no use. From last week i am facing this issue and i am sending email to my home branch and they are not even responding.
As i needed money to survive in the new city, i asked my mother to visit the bank in delhi and ask why my account is been freeze. Sbi informed that my account is blocked because of kyc documents whereas i remember thoroughly that i have already submitted my kyc documents when i was in delhi. Still i send them several email with my documents and they are not reverting back.
I have my account with sbi from last 10 years and this is not the first time that i am facing such issue. I just started a new job in hyderabad from last month and i cant go back to the home branch in delhi to fix this issue. Its my hardened earned money and just because of some people who are not doing their job, i am unbale to withdraw my money and i need money to survive in a new city.
Please help me!
