My name is sunil choudhary. I have an account of in state bank of india, rabale ttc, navi mumbai-400708. On 7th aug 2017 there is deduction of (4750+4750+690 = 10190 rs.) by google *fun games and i don’t aware of these transaction, not get any otp or notification.14th aug i come to know while checking my bank statement there is deduction from my account.
Same day i register a complaint in branch but till date i not get any complaint number or call from sbi. On 17th aug myself register a complaint (Ticket no: [protected]) and i call to customer care 19th aug 2017 they need 45 days to resolve the issue.
Sbi is the top bank in india and resolving issue you need 45 days? How it is possible.
After 45 days it’s not a guarantee there is an issue form your end.
I already forward this escalation to higher management of sbi still did not get any revert.
