From last couple of days my wife visiting your branch at ahmedabad for net banking. Finally she received net banking kit and we are able to logged in successfully.
But I am not able change mobile number...without OTP, internet banking is nothing. All things are depended on OTP.
My wife asked to sbi employee multiple time to change mobile number and she always replied that you can change it by internet banking or through ATM. But still we are not able to do these things. And at the end we are getting not mapped with this username. Such a worst service. Please improve work quality at Someshwara branch (Ahmedabad). We dont have time to visit your brach daily for this type of problems. Actually we are living at pune. Was this information helpful? |
