State Bank Of India [SBI] — account number damage

Sbi costumer care no. [protected]

Money was deducted from my account even if when the website stated a failed transaction.
While booking 3 bus tickets from koraput to parlakhemundi on the website indiabus.com the payment gateway was successfully redirected and balance was deducted but my tickets weren't booked.
756/-inr was deducted from my account via the sbi anywhere app and my tickets weren't booked so i request for a quick refund to carry out my work.

Sbi Iyattil jn. Ernakulam deducted Rs. 590/ - from s/b account for closing and transfering balance to sbi cherai ernakulam my own another sbi account and bank not informed anout the deduction why you are deducting such big amout
