State Bank Of India [SBI] — activation of internet banking

I have sb ac no[protected] in sbi main branch Kurnool.cifno [protected].iam issued internet banking kit no C[protected] a week ago.but till now it is not activated. I approached branch manager five times.but no use.how can i get my problem solved?It is very regrettable on your part.i request to get it done immediately.thanks yours sincerely p. s.gurumurthi
