State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon refund is translated but not received in my SBI account

Sir i have purchased a MSF100 boi metric fingureprint machine. machine price was 1899 rupees . I had not got a good machine quality means machine was not working proper that why i had returned it. amazon had given me some time for refuned, after some time they were saying we have refunded your money .and they give me a reference number[protected] by mail and when i called a SBI costomer care and tell him my problem they tolled me i should visit my near branch and when i went visit branch they were saying it is not our foult it is company matter and when i called amazon costomer care many time they were saying fill online sbi charge disbute form . sir please i do not know about it my money still stuck in both companies. and i still have not got my money please sir solve my problem.
