I haven't used ATM services for SBI/SBT for the past 1 year even though they have deducted 147.50 from my each account .

I need the cash to be refunded to my account since i am not using ATM Services for that bank.

I have been trying to login to download my admit card for junior associates SBI but to no avail. Also I have no idea where to complain about this. Shouldn't they at-least put up some sort of complain no. How am i supposed to download the admit card without any help, and why is this not resolved yet. Is there a no i can call?

Complaint: Full amount not received but amount debited from account. Amount hasn't credited till today. I wanted to know when I will get my refund.
