State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon refund the money but no credit in my account

I have a ordered a oneplus bullets wireless z bass edition (reverb red) on date 23/05/2021 it was to received on 31/05/20021 but I have not received
Amazon initiated the refund on 26/05/2021 and it was expected to come on 31/05/2021
Amazon gave me the refrence I'd[protected] but the bank SBI STATE BANK OF INDIA bank has still not credited my money.
This is urgently please help me as soon as possible
